Ice Chicken Full Version Release Year 1995 - How to play in 2021?

Hi everyone,
I was searching on the internet for all things Pengo, and came across the amazing SAM Coupe Universe. It's quite incredible what the hardware and software provides.
Was the full version of IC ever released? If yes, how can one play the full version of IC today? I use the SAM Coupe Emulator on PC which is terrific. The IC demo version is the only one available that I can find, and you cannot play it anyway. The publisher ESI made demos. Is this game unable to be played and lost/blocked forever? That would be a disaster. 2021-1995 = 26 years.
