SAM HDMI

HDMI interface for the SAM Coupé.

Plugging into the Euroconnector expansion port it offers HDMI video output and analogue sound out.

Uses the RGBtoHDMI board and a Raspberry Pi Zero with a custom PCB.

• Micro-HDMI output (converter or cable required)
• Analogue sound pass through via a 3.5mm stereo jack
• Can be powered internally from SAM or via USB through the Pi (jumper selectable)
• Custom case with printed vinyl logo
• 50Hz compatible output for perfect motion and no tearing
• Very low latency (<4ms)
• Fully tweakable via on screen menu

There are 3rd Party adapters that can insert audio into an existing HDMI signal such as the Monoprice 113347 Blackbird, the  Kramer FC-69 or using an HDMI-to-DVI cable, the Kramer FC-49.
