SID Soundchip Interface

Interface to use the Commodore 64’s SID 6581/8580 soundchips on the SAM Coupé.

SID files can be payed through Simon Owen's SID Player.

Revised 2014 edition of the interface launched in July 2014. Sporting an onboard DC to DC converter to eliminate the need for an external power supply and the circuit board is also a golden yellow colour marking the 25th Anniversary of the SAM Coupe, styled to match other recent hardware from Quazar.

Edit: Older versions of the PCB can be retrofitted to the DC-DC design. Colin kindly did mine himself, when I visited him in 2014.
