VIC-20 Cartridge Interface

One of Colin Piggot's follys, first demonstrated as a prototype at a retro show at the Retro Computer Museum in Leicester in mid 2022.

This interface allows the SAM to read in VIC-20 cartridges, then run with a modified/patched version of the VIC-20 emulator created by Simon Owen. (Changes to source code will be fed back to Simon to go on his github).
