Up to four players drive simultaneously on a circuit against opponents controlled by the computer. Viewed from above, on a single screen.
There were seven circuits drawn in total, but there were plans for more, with obstacles appearing as you progress through the game.
The cars were to be customizable by collecting wrenches that lay on the track. Exchange three of them for improved traction, better acceleration or higher top speed.
As you can see, graphically this made it a fair way and I do still have at least one demo where you can drive a car round - with inertia and drifting. Sadly that's as far as it got..
