SAM Coupe Screws
Hi,
Ive fished out my old sam out of the loft, it still powers up fine and id like to recondition it, but the screws are missing. Ive searched online for videos on teardowns etc. But none of the videos or pictures show the screws being removed.
Is there anyone out there that knows what kind of screws would be replacements on the underside and also for attach the keyboard to the case please?
Many thanks,
Ashley
Hi
They seem to vary but on the one I have apart right now:
All are pan-head blunt point plastic type self-tappers with a wider thread line these:

Drive bay and drive screws
Do you happen to know the specs for floppy drive retaining screws and floppy drive case screws?
See the Parts page:
https://www.worldofsam.org/products/replacement-parts-list
The original Sam Drives don't have screws, not sure about the later ones with full size drives but the base ones are standard M3's
