Septimus

The game is played on a seven by seven playing board. There are fourty nine pieces in the playing area. These are made up of seven colours, seven of each colour. 

The idea of the game is to cover all the pieces on the board except for seven of any one colour using the fourteen pieces on the right hand side of the screen. Once you've managed to do this simple thing, one of The keys will be eliminated depending on which colour you have chosen to leave uncovered.

To choose a piece from the right, just place your cursor over the desired piece and press fire, then an outlined piece will then appear on the playing area and to place it, press fire again. If you wish to remove a piece, place your cursor over the red X on the right and fire on the piece to be removed or on a piece to quit back to the game.

The game is complete when you have succeeded in eliminating all seven coloured keys. There is no time limit or loss of lives in this game as the going does tend to get a little tough. Keys default to joystick with " SPACE" as the rotate key, but you can select cursor control if you really want to.
