RF Modulator board recapping, Help!!

Hi 

Just made a newbie mistake and removed all the 22uF caps from the RF Modulator board and didn't notice that there aren't any markings on the polarization so now I don't know how to solder the new ones.

Can anyone send me a photo or diagram of the way the caps have to be soldered to the board?

All the negative legs face towards the side with the RF output jack

Could you also help me confirm the correct values for C36, C37 and C38 in the Sam Coupé's motherboard? Some places say it is 47uF and others 22uF. Does it make a diference?
